Zoning, R-Codes and density codes, planning, and property-attribute information on Home Scene is general information only. It is drawn from third-party sources, may be out of date, and may be varied by the relevant local government’s town planning scheme or local planning policy. It is not legal, financial, valuation, town-planning, or other professional advice. Always confirm details with the relevant local government and the Western Australian Planning Commission before relying on them.
Reliance

Copyright and intellectual property complaints
If you believe content on Home Scene infringes your copyright or other rights, email us at support@homescene.com.au with: the work you say is infringed; the URL of the content on Home Scene; your contact details; a statement that you believe the use is not authorised; and a statement that the information is accurate and you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them. We will review valid complaints promptly and remove or disable access to the content where appropriate. If your content was removed and you believe that was wrong, you can reply to ask us to review it. We may suspend or terminate accounts of repeat infringers.
Reviews
Reviews are the views of the people who post them, not Home Scene. They must be honest, based on a genuine experience, and must not be false, misleading, defamatory, or incentivised. We host reviews; we do not edit them to change their meaning. If you are the subject of a review you may have a right of reply. To report a review you believe is false or defamatory, email support@homescene.com.au; we aim to assess and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the content within 7 days of a complete complaint.
